This early August, small town Iowa wedding was a hot one but so timeless and elegant. There’s nothing I love more then being able to serve my clients in ways outside of photography, and on this day, I spent a lot of my time fanning Emma & Brock and making sure that they were staying hydrated. There were so many sweet moments on their wedding that I think back to. Like my long conversation with Emma’s mom when I first arrived about motherhood and how fast time goes and how one day you’re holding your baby girl for the first time, and the next day you’re helping her into her wedding dress. Or the sweet kisses that Brock kept giving Emma on the hand after their first look. And there were so many fun moments that stick out to me, like the long drive we had on their party bus after their ceremony where bridesmaids were dropping into the splits and all of the inside jokes were coming out. Or just the laughter we had throughout the whole day. I live for weddings like this, where the people are kind, the moments are genuine and the whole day is seamless!
